Couples Counseling

Couples counseling helps partners identify the patterns that keep them stuck, rebuild communication, strengthen trust, and move toward connection again. This is a supportive place to address conflict cycles, emotional distance, betrayal recovery, and relational strain.

Family Therapy

Family sessions support healthier communication, clearer roles, and stronger relational bonds. Counseling can help families navigate conflict, transitions, and long-standing dynamics that are wearing everyone down.

Brainspotting for Trauma & Triggers

Rachel is trained in Brainspotting, a powerful therapy approach that helps the brain and body process trauma and triggers at a deep level. Many clients find it especially helpful when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or reactive and cannot fully shift patterns through talk therapy alone.
