Rachel Payne, MA MFT, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, is passionate about walking alongside individuals, adolescents, couples, and families as they seek healing and transformation. Her goal is always to provide a safe place where clients can explore, discover, and grow.
For 15 years, Rachel has served in church-based recovery and 12-step ministry, facilitating groups and mentoring people through struggles involving addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and family and marital issues. She is a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator for premarital and marital couples and has also worked as a fitness instructor and health coach, tailoring wellness programs for whole-person health.
Rachel has been married for 22 years and is the mother of three children. Her Christian faith is foundational, rooted in God’s Word and His grace. Outside the therapy room, she is a writer, lover of beauty, truth seeker, adventurer, hiker, wonder chaser, hug giver, and hope harbinger. These values shape her counseling style with a balance of compassion, honesty, creativity, and practical tools for lasting transformation.
